Very friendly staff and positive at you as an individual.
Always have time to ask if they can help in any way although very busy with duties. Everything kept very clean and beds changed every day.

Nurses are lovely just overworked as not enough of them.
No bracelet until about 15 hours after admission.
Surgeon confused my care having checked my condition also thought I was having a pacemaker fitted next day.
Confusion over medicines including my antibiotics. Also even though they knew I am asthmatic gave me no medication. I just continued using my own. Some of this was also acute medical.

My medical treatment was very well organised. When I needed to talk to someone, staff were sympathetic and kind and had time for everyone.
There was an upbeat, encouraging atmosphere which helped me feel more positive.

People friendly and attentive, caring nothing was too much trouble.
